Lori K. Murphy, Esq.

Lori K. Murphy, Esq. specializes in estate planning, real estate and land use. She helps clients coordinate their estate planning with business planning. She organizes limited liability companies and corporations and drafts buy/sell agreements in conjunction with drafting wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and living trusts for clients. Representative clients include individuals, couples, and business owners. Ms. Murphy can work with parents to draft a will or make changes to an existing will once the baby is born.

Ms. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She received her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law (J.D., Business Law Certificate, 1998) where she also served as Associate Editor and Internet Editor of the Oregon Law Review.

She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Oregon State Bar and the Washington State Bar.
