The play area was too small with not enough toys to keeo my child interested for long. But, the best thing about Monkey Business is that it is right next to Elevation Burger. Worth the trip.

So happy there was no mud puddle when Tyler went--he got into a puddle outside of B&N in downtown Bethesda recently and splashed around for a while, fell down, and then decided it would be really funny to lie down on his belly, head propped up on his hands. 3 different sets of tourists took pictures of him--and his "crazying American mommy" probably. But who cares--he just LOVES mud puddles. And if he ruined his white Davidson tee-shirt, well, it's just clothes!

Attended at White Flint Mall--nice to know that class is not weather dependent, and we were even able to do laps on the stairs while the instructor supervised the astonishingly well-behaved group of babies. I can no longer sell my 16 month on the merits of waiting in the stroller while I exercise, but the moms I met "back when" were great, and I highly recommend the class. My biggest complaint is that 9:30 always hit right during nap time--but he wouldn't nap in the stroller during the class because the stroller would stop when we "parked" for push-ups and such.

My son is probably too young, at 16 months, to really get much out of the classes, but he LOVES the play area at Monkey Business! He could play for hours there, and they have hand sanitizer available on the walls and clean-looking bathrooms--what else can you hope for from an indoor play area!
